We’re visiting from Canada and happened to find Scratch BBQ & Catering, what a GREAT find! We had the beef brisket, baked beans, cornbread, mac & cheese and the Texas Twinkie. Everything was incredible! The brisket was amazing, and the Texas Twinkie was the perfect mix of heat and sweet. BEST corn bread ever!!! I even grabbed more to take home. The portions were generous, the prices were great, and the service was fantastic. We’re so glad we found this place while visiting! Pretty amazing when a restaurant gets all three right! If you’re in the area and love good BBQ, definitely give Scratch BBQ & Catering a try. Places like this deserve to be supported. We’ll absolutely be back next time we’re in the area! 🇨🇦❤️🇺🇸

We had brisket and pulled pork sandwiches. Pulled pork was good, a bit dry. The brisket was a little fatty.. The mac and cheese side and the mashed potatoes were excellent. Wanted to try the baked beans but they were sold out. The food was good, but could have been a bit warmer temperature. The service was exemplary! We will definitely come back when we are traveling through!

We ordered from Scratch BBQ for my daughter’s open house. The food was absolutely delicious, and everyone loved it. I also wanted to mention something I noticed when I picked up the order. All of the employees were working so hard together, helping each other out, and everyone was so friendly and polite. You could tell they really cared about doing a great job, and it made a great impression. Thank you for the amazing food and great service. We’ll definitely be back!

**ATTENTION OWNER** Please add this Brisket Chilli Nacho to your menu. I'm telling you it's a thing. I originally ordered the Brisket Nacho and my fiancé ordered the Brisket chill only to discover the onions that he doesn't appreciate the way that I do LOL. I dressed my nacho chips with the queso then the chill with more queso and Pico. THE BEST NACHO I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE, NO DOUBT. Call it "A" Brisket Chilli Nacho. (A for Adrean's idea LOL)

This was our first time here. I have to say that the staff, food and bartender were amazing. Drinks were great and set up nicely. The food had the perfect amount of flavor. Everything was great and if you haven't been here you need to try it.
